During our recent family trip, we found the Arctic Lodge a convenient stop on our journey from Å i Lofoten to Finland. The location was accessible and provided stunning views of the surrounding nature, perfect for our off-the-beaten-path adventures. With a supermarket nearby, it supported our self-catering needs well. After a day of skiing at Riksgränsen Ski Resort—only 500 meters away—the sauna was a welcome retreat for us all to unwind. The lodge offered a family-friendly atmosphere, and the staff, especially Henrik, were accommodating, even during our late check-in. Our comfortable, clean room came equipped with essential amenities and a drying cabinet for our wet gear, making it a splendid base for families looking to explore nature while enjoying some skiing and relaxation.
